Your Staff Size

I use technical ability as a divider, but I'm also finding that too large of a core staff also causes problems. "Well I wanted to get everyone's opinion..."

I'd recommend thinking hard before moving your core staff beyond 5-7 people or so.

 

forum 1: 2 admin, 2 mods
forum 2: 3 admin (2 full admins and one with less powers) and 2 mods
forum 3: 3 admin, 1 mod
forum 4: just me

 

At the moment two administrators, one moderator and 2 support staff.
