Yeah... I am trying to retrace my steps on where they are from. Have my resources didn't get backed up from my drive when I upgraded from Windows 7 Beta to Windows 7 RC. It requires a completely new install so the drive was wiped.

Closest I have found are these here:

Its not the same exact set though. The smilies are not as refined. Too many similarities to discount on the other icons though. There is a little stickler though. On Gnome-look.org its listed as GPL. However the download link redirects to Deviantart where it is tagged with a Creative Commons - Noncommercial Attribution license. Theoretically both licenses could be in place but the GPL would take precedent because its the more open license. There is no license in the download.
