Worst Staff Problem You Ever Had?

I never had any problems on boards I owned as I was very good at spotting good people and knowing what to look for so I don't have problems. Unfortunately, on boards I work at is where I don't get that sort of control and have to work with administrators that just don't know how to hire people the right way to avoid hiring people who just turn into giant headaches which of course I usually end up as the one mopping the mess up. It's pretty much why I haven't held a staff position anywhere for around 7 months.
