Which host do you currently use?

Been with Lunarpages for like 5 years. Just shared hosting, $4.95 if you get 2 years at a time. Unlimited space and bandwidth last time I renewed.

 

So now I'm using Hostgator

 

Shared on Dreamhost (yeah, more downtime and slower than I'd like)

I'm going to move my forums to one of my VPSs at JaguarPC, unless I find a better deal somewhere else.

Oh, yeah, I'm paid through 2013 on Dreamhost.

But now they've put too many restrictions on how you can use your (???unlimited???) space.

 

Looking to move to WiredTree soon...

wow dreamhost's customer support has no effin' idea what they're doing and i really hate them so much right now. second time the account has been down within a month, with no real transparency as far as causes and some pretty conflicting support ticket responses.

I know you probably hear this all the time, but it's really true: If you're even semi-serious about your site, avoid them at costs. Hell, avoid them anyway, because you could host your own blog yourself at home and get better uptime.

I used to be on Mosso (owned by rackspace). It was awesome. Fortunately rarely had any downtime issues. Changed b/c were not utilizing all the resources enough for the price. Tried Dreamhost and was very disappointed.

Currently using MDDHosting (on Softlayer iirc) and it is great so far after about 3 months.

I use ChrisMartin Hosting Solutions.

 

Same I have servers hosted at both wiredtree.com and dedicatednow.com - good thing is network speed between both web hosts is excellent. Easily does 10MB/s
