While it maybe legalized in a particular state, you can still face federal charges.

While that may be so there is no statute stating you cannot discuss the growing and cultivation of Marijuana. If you can produce a valid penal code number stating such discussion is illegal, I'll be the first to support an ACLU action against it under the 1st Amendment of the United States Constitution.

Anyway, pot isn't my thing. Though I think it should be decriminalized as it is comparable to modern tobacco or alcohol in its contribution to society. Even if its a gateway drug, the "War of Drugs" isn't having an affect and legalizing marijuana is not likely to increase the number of overdoses and deaths we see every year from drugs. I doubt it would increase risk to public safety either because we already have public intoxication laws and under influence laws. However that is probably a topic for another thread and another board.

Taking about marijuana or even other controlled substances is not illegal and so no discussion board on that subject should be demonized.

You mean you roleplay an angst-ridden writer? Or you write roleplaying scenarios? Or you roleplay an angst-ridden writer writing roleplay scenarios? Or... never mind.

I have no idea, lol....then you get roleplay wrestingling or kung fu...how on earth that works I do not know, because both posters will want to be 'victorious'.

That said, on the subject of 'corpse' forums, they're quite common. They're basically for gore freaks.

That's surprising - I didn't think it would be that popular at all, but hey, it's unique... some creative usernames, too. :D

If I was a detective, I would be watching those forums carefully... heck, I would set up my own just to see who joins and what they say, like a honeypot.

It also might be entrapment, I dunno. (I am not a lawyer.) Still, I'd do it even if it didn't directly solve any cases, just to learn more about that type of mindset.

To be honest, it's not surprising to see such a username being used on a community that revolves around that specific topic. Disturbing, yes... but surprising? Nah.

Trust me they are. ;) Those and other sites that cater to illicit activities. While the site probably isn't illegal in itself. You can be sure if anyone posts about an ongoing investigation, they will become a person of interest. Especially if they post information not known to the general public.

    That's nowhere near entrapment actually.

As I said, I am not a lawyer :) I'll stay away from illicit sites anyway.

Lol I found one the other day - don't ask me what I was doing I was just browsing the internet - where the forum was 100% about the toys you get with the happy meals from McDonalds - I had never seen or heard of that type of thing before.
