what do you LIKE about vBulletin?

I just don't understand why people need to "pile on" invalid complaints when there are so many valid / honest complaints to be made.

Well if you want to PM me here your Customer Number and the answer you wrote down I am willing to take a look to see if there is some reason the "same person" repeatedly tells you the answer is wrong.

It's hard to speculate but in the past I've seen people answer the question "What is you father's first name" and they say something like (made up example) "George" but the answer on file is the name George but in Italian, but if everything else is correct I let it go- not everyone is so forgiving- probably because they didn't realize it was the same name in a different language
