There are other things that could be discussed rather than personal, in your face situations.

Why not start a thread from the perspective of a teen so the rest of us who have been out of the mainstream of young adult will learn what it is that interests you. It might make selecting topics for discussion a lot easier for the others.

 

You would think people would remember that time well enough to understand.

 

I have MrsD's number, and I should call her. I just feel awkward doing so. I think I am going to call her soon though, just to make sure there is nothing seriously wrong.

I wouldn't worry about feeling akward, she sounds like a charming person who would love a call from you. After all you did see her in a bathing suit!

Someone who has suddenly ceased to BE on BA especially after being so active raises a red flag, in my opinion. I do hope the news is all good.
