It's called money. The color of money is what this douche is after.

This guy created vbsucks, and xenforosucks just to have more attention, more visitors, more this, more that... I'm sorry, but I do not have any respect for this guy.
Wow. Really? Such a petty person.

Did really bother me much, but enjoyed getting the domain taken down for good just to miff them off and have the last laugh, they wasted money and can't use that domain again. Not that it matters now anyhow, I don't own mrgtb.com anymore, sold it! Which is what they targeted with the org version of it. They'd be targeting ice cream kitchen equipment now LOL!

I'm really surprised Namecheap nulled a domain based on a slander complaint. Even though I don't have any sites like that it makes me real cautious about what domains I register with them.

Well it's true, mgtb.com was with them also and who I host all my domains with. I complained and got an email back saying they'd block all named server used with it. Basically, null the domain from being used again. Guess they must have read what was posted on the site and agreed with me.

Well that isn't how you spell my last name, but it's close.
So namecheap just gave the domain over to you, it's not like you had a trademark or anything special like that. Hell, you barely even had a site up on it, I mean you did but you redid it every month or so. :P
How did you go about contacting namecheap @GTB?

I didn't say I had the domain handed over to me, where did I say that? I said the domain was nulled by NameCheap, read what I said!

And mrgtb.com was owned by me for over 5 years, before I sold it on this year. Most of that time always having a site installed on it, so which planet you living on Brandon?

    What does this mean then?

I've never heard that term in regards to domains.

Also all of us that know about you, know that you switched forums/blogs/whatever up every few weeks on that domain.
What planet are YOU living on? :D

I'm sorry but with all due respect I have to call BS. NameCheap isn't going to null route a domain without a court order. They'd open themselves up to all kinds of liability.

Are you trying to get banned, I'm being very civil with you, no reason to be an ass.
I'll google it then, don't want you to hurt anything trying to explain yourself. ;)

Well what do you know, it's not a regular term. O.o

I really don't care if you believe me or not. I'm not trying to prove anything here, just telling you what happened. Go access the site then and see what happens, you never will be able too. LOL!

Anyway, who ever owned that domain before at the time doesn't anymore. Just did a whois and it's free to buy. So maybe the null on named servers was lifted now after ownership ran out with previous owner who no doubt only registered it for 12 months

You should buy it to protect your name.

Do you mind explaining what "nulling" a domain means?
Is it just not available to register and the old owner couldn't point it to his servers?
I did a quick search but didn't find anything. :(

Pretty much -- null route. They point it to non-exisiting name servers and lock you out from editing it.

I don't own MRGTB.com anymore, so that domain name doesn't interest me in the slightest anymore. Plus, I don't bother wasting money buying up all other same domain name "extensions" for some hobby site, not like it's a business you're trying to protect your trade name or anything doing it.

    Wasted money!

Yeah, that explains it better. That's what they did, which takes the site down and stops them using the domain again until they let it expire. Like it's expired with them now, so would be OK again if another person bought it.
