There is no such thing as a owned license for VB4, the owned license only applied to the 3.0 series.... The 4.0 serious has no expiray date and is not leased

ok I will give you 40 dollars for it. I mean you would need to buy another license to get 4.0 so this license doesn't carry that much weight, it is obsolete. as well all current 4.0 releases are flawed and buggy so again by the time 4.0 becomes stable the buyer will have to pay full price for that license. The lower offers are adequate
