What kind of problems were you having? I played with it and was able to style everything fairly easy. Though I noticed after upgrading that most of the custom widgets have vanished. And I cant get any back LOL

    LOL @ vanishing widgets.

I laugh because when I initially starting testing vB 4.0, my header kept disappearing. Which is still my problem. I'm torn between keeping the header tableless and figuring out a way to use the new Nav Menu or removing them completely and using my current header.

There are a few posts on vB that I believe will point me in the right direction. But I just rather wait for 4.1 just in case there are some major changes.

Here's a link to my forums to help give you a visual.

Oh I love the domain. That was very cleverly done. I have to give you props on that. The layout is not bad either. Kinda bright for my colorblind eyes though, but very nice. And yes I have submitted support requests still waiting on responses. None of the documentation helps with the vanishing widgets. Its a serious headache.

I have bought a few vb4 licenses in the past few weeks and besides all the issues it isn't all that bad.

The styling is a headache but I am starting to get the hang of it.

@WhatChaMissin I love that domain also! Pretty sick :) The colors really hurt my eyes but fits the site! Now the header is disappearing even on 4.0.5? I know there was an issue with earlier versions.

Thanks for your comments. I basically picked a few pics from istock and created the buttons to match them as best I could. I'm a total novice when it comes to graphics. I can't tell you how close I was to getting a professionally done style, then vB 4 came out and put that on hold.

@Cerberus - I noticed you have a proxy site. We have a few members that are blocked at work, I'll suggest your site to them.
@KEvin - I haven't given it a real honest try yet. Knowing that 4.1 could possible break whatever I do, I'm a bit hesitant to spend any real time on it.

I think you did great with domain and idea. And yeah the graphics are not for my eyes but they are ok. And thanks for the proxy advertising :) The help4school one in my sig works the best. The other one I forgot adding proxy to the domain would get it blocked most places. but its really made for a tie into a site I help out with time to time.

And yeah all my widgets have still vanished LMAO

I managed to fix the widget problem. But it didnt fix till I upgraded all the way up to newest version. Then I had to reset some CMS templates. They work fine now. I think it was a wrapper problem. But now its all fixed and I r happy LOL

This is the first time I've really been about to play with the generator and I do like it so far.
It's great for those new admins that just want to get a few styles up for the members to look over.
We'll end up with a custom theme at some point, but for now I think the generated ones might work. I still need to get a transparent logo
