Next time you think of complaining about trolls, Joe, read up on the concept of psychological projection. You are positively swimming in it.

 

Joe, you keep trying to rubbish peoples replies, but dont actually deny what they say is true.
Lots of smoke and mirrors, reminds me of the classic dodgy car salesman.

Im not playing defense - You like to hound others for not answering your questions completely to your satisfaction - here are mine for you:

1. Can you show us any legal corporate documents that list you or Ilia as a shareholder? ie. Stock Certificates, corporate shareholder annual reports, etc?
2. What are these "New Developments" that Ilia referred to in her post update?
3. Why didn't you two do something about this 4 years ago?
4. The lack of support at vBSEO has been going on for some time. Why didn't you two step up and try to help the customers then?
5. Isnt the vbhacker's database an asset of vBSEO? Are you going to sue Brandon since he now possesses it? Or did you give it to him?

Lets have transparency please. You expect others to provide it to you Joe, now its your turn.

Listen, DJ. You are a troll. If you find me adversarial with you, you're right. Given your profession, one might think you'd conduct yourself better than you do. I think your posts at vbseo.com have been ridiculous, rude, misguided, and inappropriate for a very long time. I don't think you lack intelligence though. I actually am of the opinion that you like to argue and are a master at agitation.

Trust me, I realize my mistakes. You are a man very worthy of ignoring, and I haven't done so.

Paul, lots of good data was presented. If you switch back to your left brain for awhile and examine it, you'll realize that.

If you're going to make an assessment of me based on my response to a bunch of habitual trolls, I don't imagine or expect you'll be too pleased.

DJ still thinks vBSEO's closing down may not be true because it hasn't been "officially" announced, despite the screen capture of a message from Juan saying he was closing it down.

Good data has been presented all along, and most of this thread's posts are responses to the troll patrol (as it typical in the forum world - it's not like this is a new thing).

The questions I kept asking were because they were not answered. Your friends did an excellent job avoiding them, for now.

1. Ilia is collecting all documents. Crawlability Inc. documentation is not well organized, and so far it appears it was completely neglected after she was pushed out of her role.

2. She'll provide more information later. There are other parties involved now and communication has begun with them as well. Hopefully, they are committed to running their businesses more professionally than Crawlability Inc. These are certainly not small scale businesses.

3. You may not have heard of anything in the course of 4 years. That doesn't mean there was nothing happening. They met with lawyers. He refused to participate in mediation. He told her he'd stop denying her ownership. He sought her approval to sell the company to a group in Chicago, etc.

4. Juan insisted he was able to run the company and would not allow us to step in. He controls the passwords. His actions have escalated this issue and involved other parties now.

5. Yes, the vBH database is a Crawlability Inc. asset. As far as I know, Juan has not provided Brandon with the database as promised. He had no authorization from Ilia to give it away or sell it that I am aware of. There are much bigger issues to resolve at this point than focusing the vBH database. However, if you'd like a response, on the legal aspect... it would be applicable.

FYI - The great thing about Brandon is that he's actually willing to disclose that he was given the database by Juan, and doesn't try to hide his relationship with him. Maybe if the deal was as big as some of the other behind the scenes stuff going on, he might have been reluctant to fess up too. However, it's not Brandon's style. As long as I've known him, he tells it like it is. At least that's been my impression to date.
