But then again this entire thread was 100% none of our business. If she's going to come here and share every other detail and aspect of this witch hunt, then why not these legal discovers she's unearthed to? Especially if it helps her case with all the negativity that surrounds this entire ordeal?!

I'm not sure anyone is arguing if she's a cofounder. There is plenty of evidence to support that.

people don't buy that after being ousted four years ago that she has any real claim to any of this. 4 years is a long as time to wait to make these claims and of course ita after Juan has long checked out of the forum world and he doesn't care to come give his side of the story.

Despite what you might expect, I am really very happy that you said that, DJ. It lets me know that you are capable of making a decision based on your observations. Now... are you going to commit to that statement, or soon realize that you've gone on and on here about how you don't (and we shouldn't) make any assumptions without evidence... and do another about-face?

 

By the way, appreciation to @Big al. Someone actually investigated before making assumptions. That's refreshing.

None of you may be able to figure this out with 100% certainty, but you definitely have lots of supporting data at your disposal when you're ready to take a look, objectively.
