The more I dig into the IPB world, the more I see 'little things' that people take for granted in the vB world. The ease at which licenses can be transferred is one of them.

 

They just merged some accounts for me so it looks like a support ticket will take care of that part at least. I'm still working on getting the billing name & address associated with the account to be changed.
