lmao, that is my point........He has done a great job of setting up an environment where his boss's think everyone is happy, which just cracks me up. It stuns me too, thinking that his upper management don't know the rest of the story and the tactics that steve is using to control content.

 

I can't comment on Steve's actions since the change, but before that, he was 100% fair and reasonable. He got me a couple times, and while I didn't approve of the infractions, or like them, he was right. Unlike Morgan, he was completely reasonable.

 

I have been a customer of jelsoft since 2005, and i realize that isn't along time. But if people were to click on my profile over there, they would see i never really said anything in the past, i had never been given an infraction, nor had i ever been threatened with banning. Steve Machol is mad because i pointed some stuff out about him with ray morgan. Matter of fact i will share it:

Here is ray back tracking, after i presented him with proof of what steve had done.

As you can see just from that conversation, Ray is and has been covering for Steve Machol and how he treats customers.


Here is my request to ray morgan:

Ray never replied to me via ticket support, nor via forums. Instead they banned me and left me with no avenues to ask yet again, for my money back.

 

If you paid with credit card, why not do a charge-back? PayPal - file a complaint and chargeback request. That'll get you heard!

I believe to much time has passed as i kept thinking we could work things out. Now my only hope is the BBB of california.

 

Really? And just like that you're not going to even try? It's been under a month--even if you did it the second they offered the upgrade. Something fishy going on here?

 

It's been much longer than a month that these people have pulled this game. Sure, maybe you just found out about it a month ago, but this has been known about for some time now, and many people actually took them at their word that they'd be "better off", when, in fact, they were lying.

 

I started this fight back in june 2009. Most people who were at vb.com when i started asking questions were in denial about what was going to happen. I tried posting snippets of the new plans and ended up getting a lifetime ban. So even though i would love to fight this through paypal, it is been quite a few months since i paid my renewal fee. I had hoped that ray morgan would do the right thing and just send my renewal fee back, but as we can all see, he has yet to do the right thing, on anything. (hence, the nice names people use to describe him.)
