What browser are you using, because I only see the line at the very bottom of the post. (We are using a "force sig to bottom" mod)

Hardly any site I visit uses the Re: [Thread Title] like we now are. Neither of my two other forums have it - and I've never received a complaint.

vBulletin.com doesn't even have it; theirs is set up exactly like ours was: with the first line of the post directly at the top (when there is no post title specified).

Right I think what's happening is the site is not rendering as you intended it in Opera. I'm in Opera 10.

In Firefox the line goes to the bottom with the sig...but in Opera it "floats" to the top.

In Firefox there is no issue at all. Not tried IE because it would take too long to start it!

Screenshot attached of how it looks in Opera.

As someone who often opens multiple tabs for one forum, I like having it there.

I don't think we should too hung up about this. Like, I'm not about to stop using the site if this isn't changed.

To be honest, it seems it's an issue with Opera only, since in other browsers the sig dividing line is in the right place.

Opera is very standards-compliant, and I know from my own site that a couple of template tweaks will probably get the line in the right place in all browsers. Then the title issue isn't relevant. To be honest, now that we've diagnosed the problem, adding the title would be a workaround and not the best solution.
