    Looks really good. I like the featured idea. BOTM implies a competition to me at least.

    Great suggestion; I agree.

    I've just added some icons on the index. I haven't yet done the same to single-post pages because I'd like to hear what you guys think before I proceed.

    Do you like them? Did I put too many?

    One thing that is bugging me is how the images are a bit higher than the text that succeeds them. How can I get the images to be a little bit lower?

    Looks better, try adding a class to each image say blogimg and use the following CSS:

    HTML:

    blogimg {vertical-align:middle;}

    I think that will work! Also, maybe remove the number 17 from the calendar icon.

    That worked, Michael; thanks! It looks so much better now.

    Regarding the calendar: The only alternatives in the silk icon set (http://www.famfamfam.com/lab/icons/silk/previews/index_abc.png) would be date_magnify or calendar. Which do you recommend?

    If you do this, will it still be integrated with VB4 when/if you upgrade to that, Nick?

    I would stick with the calendar icon myself. Glad it worked!
