At least wal-mrt was open and let the people line up at the items they wanted. That is also on of the benefits of living in a small town. At 3:15 am, when my wife and I got to wal-mart, there were only about 15 people in line for an emachines laptop.

At least you didn't buy a desktop. I will never, ever, ever buy a pre-built desktop as long as I live. There not hard to build at all. Now, for that laptop, what are the specs of it so we can know if you really got a good deal or not. If it's a Celeron processor, yes, they still throw that shit in newer laptops, then throw it away now.

Which laptop? Kevin's eMachine? I tossed that idea as soon as I saw it was an eMachine; even worse, it does indeed sport a Celeron processor. It's only $198, so what do you expect? There was a similar HP laptop on sale at Best Buy for the same price; but again, Celeron processor.

I went Black Friday shopping with my parents and my sisters just for the hell of it. I wasn't planning on buying anything (no cash <_<).

If I had to pick a reason for going, it would be to make sure my family treated the workers right... even if the workers messed up somewhere. I've worked a Black Friday before and it's hell incarnate with all the crazy people out there.

I was able to score a Nokia 5800 Touch Phone from my Dad and Sonic's Ultimate Sega Collection for PS3 from my sister as Christmas presents though.

My sister was jealous of the phone, though, so she said I couldn't have the game until Christmas morning. xD
