Well it would seem both you and Mark are unwilling to answer any questions put forth so any further contributions to this thread by either of you is useless and unproductive. Yes I agree the topic has been derailed and I can't help but think you used this to avoid specific questions put to you. And instead of answering those questions you help to encourage the derailing with the above useless contribution.

Don't know why I expected anything different from you guys here. It's the same denial, non committal avoid the issue response everywhere.

 

I don't understand why Paul and Mark even get themselves involved in this on other forums away from vB.com. You don't see Wayne Luke do it, nor others their. It's always Mark and Paul, the troll brothers...

 

What am I supposed to answer? I'm not a developer so I can't talk about details of exploits. The fix has already been posted (delete /install or /core/install folders), and there you go I've posted it again.

The rest of the thread is the usual nonsense about who speaks for who and I'm not remotely interested in that stuff. I speak for myself and nobody else, ever.

The only other point I'd make is, by your own statements you are not a vBulletin customer and do not run any vBulletin sites, so why i it of such concern to you, other than to have a "pop" at people and companies you dislike?

 

I can't speak for Paul but as a forum admin I have long engaged, on and off, in discussions in admin forums.

 

Not any longer a customer of vBull and as of this week all remnants of vBull have been removed from all the forums I own or administer.

vB/IB has you and others like you to thank for the rush of people leaving the vBull flock. That and the fact that the current software sucks big time.

 

Your understanding isnt necessary, but just in case you missed it, Im a customer & a Forum Administrator, just like most of the posters here (not all apparently). Last I checked, this was a forum for forum owners, admins, etc.

 

You obviously missed my point then, never mind... but did mention you don't see Wayne Luke, nor other staff from vB.com come to think about it. Jumping in all the vB threads on every admin forums like you two do - none stop.

We get it, you like letting people know on admin forums you're staff at vBulletin. You are Superior Beings to us mere mortals.
