    I don't have a problem banning spammers, but it's pretty difficult for me to ban actual members, too.

    Thankfully I've only had to do it once. :nailbite:

    When someone asks why they get a warning for breaking the guidelines when there is a link on the board, a thread in the announcements that's pinned with a link to the guidelines, and a link in the welcome PM that's sent to them.

    Or people that don't read pinned topics...
