    Unless Internet Brands' lawyers had too much Chivas when drafting the agreement for beta testers, the site represents a clear breach of the agreement. Taking down the site can be easy if hosted with a reputable US based host or challenging if on some Korean teenager's server three hundred miles north of Seoul. A takedown letter is the first step in the process and the real defining element is who is hosting and where. It's always easiest if the perp can be identified and sent a cease and desist letter which results in compliance. I have no idea why someone would be so stupid into thinking that they could just get away with this.
