    It's a book, not software. Last I checked, most bookstores sell books.

    But they do sell software that you pay $180 bucks for, an installation book for that?

    It is not merely an "installation" guide. It's a comprehensive, well-written book that covers (in-depth) the script as a whole. It will assist vBulletin license holders with squeezing the very best out of the script that they have purchased - and have chosen to use.
