How can you punish staff?

    I found it useful to have a leaderboard for staff activity so that everyone can see who is active and who is not. I also set a minimum requirement of activity.

    In my opinion to try to clarify the problems with them, because an official upset, etc. will be bad for "business".
    For your functionary be more competent you have to teach, if you have to explain the same thing 10 times, explains.

    Hmm, that's a tricky question.
    But if my staff done something wrong, but punish them without demoting them, it would all depend on how serious it was.
    But, I would probably have a chat with them and see how to sort things and and give them a final warning.
    However, if it was something really bad, there's no other choice than to fire them.

    I would just remove their permission to delete things. Then they won't be able to do it in the first place.
