Ever had bad experiences with a hosting company?

Yup, I had the same issue with ThePlanet years ago. Someone deleted my hard drives, and claimed it was a "Failed" hard-drive, he busted into my account and deleted everything. Theplanet wouldn't help me even though my CC was in the payment option, so I stopped using them all together and hosts associated with them. Like hostgator.

 

Found that Hostgator and those sorts of cheaply run hosts are not so great. They are either full of bugs or their server goes down due to having too much going on down their end.
I have tried bigpond which was a rip off and westnet which wasn't all that bad. I am currently with oxxus.net and they are awesome.
