Ever been gravely inactive?

My climate forum is always going to be slow and erratic in visits and postings.

I have always expected the posting numbers to be slow.The visits are a modest 20 to 30 at a time.Just reached a new high of 77 online visitors.Three days ago.

People are not that excited by the type of climate forum I have.But it is an important one.

 

same thing is going on with 1 of the forums I've been a member for years now is that way. Sadly the owner doesn't even pay attention to it. Ever since he switched from vB to IPB things have gone down hill. Users unable to login, other admins and moderators not having the same powers as before(especially the admins they have no power whatsoever now, they are only as useful as a super moderator) , now you can't search, members aren't being promoted. Now i'm waiting on his decision whether to pass the torch onto me and to keep the site running.
