Do you edit the FAQ on your forum?

    The part about Madcap's Flare sounds interesting, can you post a link to the section on your site with the usergroup specific help sections? It seems like a unique replacement for the FAQ, and something more akin to a well written manual.

    I've yet to compete the manual for the site to the level I am prepared to deliver to members but can give an example.

    Some of the products on the site have the same attributes when it comes to the way the help is delivered. Visit DTO ShowCase Help and you will only see the Members version. The full version can be seen at WebHelp If you replace "admin" in the url with "mod" or "user" their specific version is displayed.

    I've never touched the FAQ. I can see how this may be useful in some cases (i.e. providing answers to questions frequently asked by members), but I'd honestly rather answer in person to prevent any confusion. I'd like to know how many members actually take the time to visit the FAQ section to begin with.
