    I can and I will.
    True.

Also true- I don't have much interest in other forum software. I occasionally post in an outside topic if it seems interesting.

Let's call it trolling, because it is trolling. Not all trolling gets you banned. Here is the definition of trolling, which fits your behavior to a tee.

So with that in mind, lets dig into what you think is a noble gesture and not trolling.

What truths did you correct in this thread? Hmm.....you corrected Big Al's misspelling of Lynn with an "e". Wow! Compliments. That was a doozy of a mistake. I am certain everyone knew he wasn't talking about Lynne the support person. (one of the best, because she does her job and doesn't waste her time on third party admin sites trying to rile up the already unrestless).

And then you corrected me, that I just didn't happen to mention vB3.8.8 went from beta 2 to beta 3 last month, despite also not noting it's been in beta for over how many months now Joe? 8 Joe. 8 friggin months. And how many bugs have been fixed in those 8 months to show for it having to stay a beta version Joe? Right.....talk about putting salt in customers' wounds. Oh, hehe...a good euphemism for one of the goals of a troll.

So, yeah. I can't deny you spell out the truth, but you do it unnecessarily and in a way which seems determined to upset the people (your customers) here making the arguments against vB. Maybe the arguments and fact finding aren't even necessary, but IB has to answer to this and not you. And thus what you end up doing is definitely trolling.

So, stay a troll and deny the fact you are being a troll here with your "crusade for the miniscule truth, despite the overall truth" and we'll continue to get upset about it. Just remember, it is your pettifogging behavior that will shine as the worst of the too.

Extra License has a good history of vB sales. vB5 if my memory serves me has gone for less than $100 is some cases.
There's currently 51 license of various versions for sale.
Personally I would never think of selling shit to even a mushroom farmer but I wonder at the market value of a license that can only be sold once. The second owner looses unless he can dump it under the table on some unsuspecting victim.

Telling me "the proper support response..." is not being respectful.

Whether or not you deem it respectful, its something you should take to heart.

Yes, all things vB are really in bad shape. Joe's attitude included.

Excuse me? I asked you. It was a question. Not a statement. Telling would involve a statement. Here is a refresher.

You are not being trolled, you seriously need to get a grip.

Have you not noticed that not a single poster seems to support your position?

Nope. But I do have a saying. which I used to have in my sig for many years that is fitting.

When the truth hurts, you're doing something wrong.

That's exactly why vB is in such good shape as a company, it holds it's customers' opinions as Irrelevant.

Hehehe... the only thing missing to that comment are the words. "Resistance is futile!". Then it would explain everything. You are IBorg and just want to assimilate us into the IBorg collective.:D
