Answer to all those questions?

Think we will see the answers soon. Will be interesting to see if they answer all or only some, especially the question asked a few times if Mike still works there? That's one question asked most would like to see answered, hope they don't skip around it.

 

Ah I see Gary has deleted the forum he said he'd never delete....again.....

May I ask where it has been posted that Mike has left XenForo?
I've not read anything of the sort, but some of you are absolutely positive that this is the case, so I'm assuming you've read a post from one of the KAM team. :ohi:

As for the rest, it is all very sad. XF had such potential. I would never have gotten involved with it if I didn't believe that.
As someone else here pointed out, there's only one person to blame.

 

I havent seen it posted anywhere either --- Its also hard for people to not believe that rumor since it would take Mike 30 seconds to pop onto XF and post that he's still with XF.

Here is how I see it. KAM's lack of communication caused these various rumors, and KAMs further lack of communication has given the rumors credibility. If the rumors contribute to XF going down, then KAM only has themselves to blame. Unfortunately, the customers who believed in them also pay some of the price.

Let me also point out that it was Kier who complained IB wouldnt listen to him and do things the right way... Now we see a little perhaps of what IB had to put up with when they employed Kier.

Well, Ashley is suppose to make a post answering some of the questions of forum members. We'll see what he says. Whatever it is, I doubt it will be anything but more vagueness.

Its unfortunate because it is nice software, and the customers of XF really dont deserve to be left in the dark like this....

Wait and see what happens with the answers given? I'm not sure it was such a great idea Slavik came up with doing this Q/A, not unless they are prepared to answer some hard questions asked. If they skip or remain very vague about them, ones like "does Mike still work there". Have a feeling things might back-fire on them with that thread. It will have been pointless!

 

I've said it before. If they were at least somewhat direct and honest about whats going on, the XF community would buy into it. As long as they keep being vague and generally non communicative, they will lose support from more and more customers..

 

This is all assuming we get any answers at all.

There's still no sign of the answers thread.

I wouldn't put it past them to now simply go quiet again and not post anything at all.

 

Same view, would be better to be up-front and honest about things. Even if they think it will hit them harder at first than saying nothing. People can respect that, back them for being honest. Saying nothing will only make matters worse and worse as we've already seen, that only gives customers the feeling they're being ignored on purpose.

You always look on the bad side of things Mark! Give them chance to answer it, only been a day since the thread was closed and questions sent to KAM. They need a few days at least I'd have said, to a week before expecting anything said.

 

I was about to post the same thing. If people are seriously waiting for a Q&A thread, they're going to have a very long wait. To be perfectly honest, I don't look for one at all. But that's just my opinion.
