I think it's something in your smiley code settings, IIRC. It has to do with the use of capital letters, or you can do what I would do for now. Just add another tongue smiley and assign it the ":p" code and don't add it to the smiley rack. You'll be using 2 different files but it's the same thing.

 

I don't think capitalization is making a difference for me - :p / :p

I typed that as capital, but if you look it is lowercase. If you go to edit or quote my post it is still lowercase. I think we're getting closer...

 

I had foolishly placed a replacement variable for this smiley code in the style manager. I just removed it, so now things should work. I now see your post with a capital 'p'.

Edit: and now with the capital, the smiley doesn't parse. So I'm going to take Boss' advice and add the same smiley for that code.

Yeah, Nick, that's one thing I don't like about vB. With Invision it recognizes both lowercase and capital. See, better software. :devil:
