You've got to admit, while it's not intentional, this topic is pretty funny:

    Welcome PeNiS - Gaming Center.INFO

(Note: I am not the banned user in question, I just find it funny when welcome bots and topics are made for 'banned in the next six seconds' users).

Still, I guess fix those images, do what I suggested in my last post, and you'll do well. You won't get anywhere if you give up before even a month has gone.

I think one thing that you (amongst the majority of people who start forums) are failing to realize is that success isn't an overnight process. Launching a forum -- in general -- is a very daunting task. It takes so much effort and time, it's not even imaginable until you actually go through it. Then when you consider your niche, which as others have mentioned: is very broad and almost impossible to compete in, you can double or even triple the effort needed to come even close to a successful forum. I would imagine that it could take years for a site in that niche to take off and be considered successful.

My advice to you is to either put in 150% effort and work your a** off, or don't even try. If you know it can't be done, why put yourself through it only to be disappointed in the end?

    For example:
The [what seems to be] success of AdminAddict wasn't an easy task. We aren't even in that competitive of a niche but we have all worked so hard to get where we are. We have spent 1) countless hours promoting the forum, 2) unfathomable brainpower to come up with threads and topics that address every single aspect of forum administration - from general topics to what your take is on a specific setting/feature - and, 3) plenty of sweat and tears dealing with other major speed-bumps. There were several times when we felt like we should just give up, that it isn't worth it, and that we were wasting our time; but we took a step back, assessed the effort we had invested, and got back on our feet... And look where we are.
Now we see regular members who have dedicated themselves to our community. We see a steady flow of activity and content. We see members who are proud to be members of our community, and love to invite their friends. We have come to realize that all of the time and effort we put in was more than worth it; we're glad we didn't give up. Now we are focusing on maintaining the community spirit and flow of activity, and we are thankful for the effort we invested in the beginning.

The moral of the story is, if you are going to go for it, go for it all the way. You will be pushing yourself over the edge, but in due time you will reap the rewards and be glad you did it.

I'm not sure what the criticism with the tabs themselves is, but true, the topic creator needs to cut down the forums under each one.

I think its the other way around if you remove some people who join will know where to post.

You could start with removing some of the forums wich is empty and then you can put some forums that don't have many post together with another similar forum.

Ditto. There is no need to make sub forums and categories for every conceivable topic when the forum is starting out. Just merge or delete the less used ones (you won't even need multiple tabs at this point in your site's lifespan), and then post a decent amount more content in each, and more people will join.

In my opinion yes you still have 2 many forums still merge some of them since there is still alot of empty forums.

Including sub forums, have 95 sections...

Most people would suggest having no more than 10-12 for a new forum in normal circumstances.

I don't think you need whole forums dedicated to mobiles, graphics and downloads since you're a gaming forum, especially considering how new your forum is.

Don't forget the graphics and downloads forums. The graphics one really isn't needed for a gaming website, and the downloads section could be changed into a proper downloads manager and stuck in the navbar instead. Heck, for that sake, you could do the same for the images.
