i had that happen one time...and its was the cookies on the users computers..all we had to do was clear the cookies and it worked .
i usually see a decent amount of unread posts when I check into my site at the end of the day...and i always see 40-50- members that visit...
yea if it was for a bunch of people that put the lives on the line for us...i'd prolly be all over it..
