    just make a warning system............and warn the members making any flaming or harassing post.....and if theyh dont listen u can ban them

    some people ask for ban willingly if they think that they are giving their too much time to the forum...and they just need a retirement............

    well......if the forum start gaining traffic and in other works it becomes "big" then automatically u start getting active members also people...
