    The plugin system. You can do so many little tweeks to your site with it. And the support - the vb.com support team is awesome. (Of course, I also like the vb.org team, but I'm a bit prejudice there.)

    One thing I like about vb, is the amount of modifications.

    The plugin system, hands down. Add major new features to your site just by uploading some files and importing an XML file? SOLD.

    The power of the engine. The default system doesn't even exploit the engine to its fullest. Plugins is the one of the visible parts of that engine but there is so much more than can be done with the software. vBulletin ceased being simple forum software with the release of vBulletin 3.5. Hopefully vBulletin 4 exploits it more. Especially the Suite version.
