Working on forum permissions

I'm going to be tinkering with the forum permissions the next week or so.
I'm going to set it up so that during the users first week and until they hit X post, they'll have limited access to the forums.

Right now I'm thinking 10 post, and 7 days.
Once I figure out how to do that correctly, I'll set up a few more for higher post count, like 500, 1,000 post to allow them to private sections and hopefully some fun stuff

We can do a lot with the vBulletin usergroups/permissions, I just need to figure out how..lol

 

Automatic promotions.. ONly problem I can think of is that I'm not sure you can do 10 posts OR 7 days it has to be one or the other.
