When did you get your first moderator?

How active was your forum when you employed your first moderator?

How many members did you have? And how many threads/posts?

 

It was only at about 20 members on the forum before my current one, and I think it was about 50 members or less on my current forum when I added the first staff, although most of them were the same as on the initial Invisionfree forum.

 

We got ours after roughly a month, he just vanished and things were going very well, never spoke to him since but he logged on almost a year later and then logged out

 

I brought Mike (my first mod) in after a month. He won a contest and then chose to do the mod thing. Of course, he is a close friend and has a good interest in the topic of the forum, so it just fit.

 

I remember when I was working on a pet game. My co-administrator and I meant there, we've been together since. He was a moderator at first, then he moved up.

 

I brought in the moderation team as I was building out the forums. They did the functionality and bug testing.
