What mod do you use which shows the progress bar and title?

Hi,
I was wondering what plug-in do you guy use which tells that if that person is a contributor and show progress bar and awards?
Also how come its not on the right, did you modify it or its the template or plugin?

Sorry, I meant left. Usually I see member names on the left and all info goes vertical, but yours is on top and goes horizontal. Is it template thing or did u modify something

It's not a plugin, it's a default setting
You also have 2 postbit options, maybe that's what you're asking?
