What mod are you using for "Recent Forum Posts" in the sidebar?

I've been noticing that the "Recent Forum Posts" section in the sidebar on the index doesn't really reflect every single post, and wondered how it worked and which mod handled it. I get the impression it's only listing the really popular threads, which is a feature I would love to have on my forum.

 

It's actually a feed of the latest active threads (posted in). It's just using vBulletin's external RSS feed.

Ah well, back to the hunt for the perfect "featured threads" mod.

 

Let me know if you find such a thing. I'd like to do this for our upcoming new homepage. Maybe even something where staff members can use the "Thread Tools" menu and "Feature this Thread".

I like how Sitepoint has featured threads, too.
