Trading small web hosting spots. *SEO Purposes test*

Branching this idea off a recent forum thread here about C class IPs and SEO I'd like to swap small hosting packages for the sole purpose of creating 1-5 page purely .html (maybe wordpress) type sites to build back links to other sites.

The hosting package I'll be giving you (and would like in return)

50MB of space
300MB of bandwidth
1 email account hosted with google apps
1 MySQL database (lets not be dicks here, and obvisously try to keep the database as small and efficent as possible as not to hamper the owners server, I'll be doing the same)
Your own FTP account/cPanel account (I'll be giving full cPanel accounts from my vPS, but I can make do with just FTP and you create me a database for wordpress if neccassary)
You retain full rights to anything you upload and will be given 72 hours before anything is removed (if my hosting is ever cancelled)

No warez, porn, forums, resource intensive scripts, etc etc. This is for purely SEO purposes.

Is anyone interested in this.
