On average, I'd say five hours per day - on the forums. That doesn't include all of the "behind the scenes" work, which is an additional two hours (at least). Seeing as web development is indeed my "work", I spend much more time on during the week as opposed to during the weekend.

Wow, depends on what kind of work I'm doing. I've really been known to pull all-nighters. Lately I've just been chillin'.

It's always good to "chill". As we all know, I took a month-long break and that has proven to be an absolutely effective method of relaxing and storing creative energy - I'm now back and full of ideas!

It depends on the forum, how many moderators are active, and how much work needs to be done on them. Some days I can just pop my head in and make sure everything is running and no one is plotting sedition, other days I'll spend all day and night fixing something. (And things always break right when you want to go to sleep, don't they?)

Average of 5 hours. Sometimes all day long, sometimes an hour or so.

Lately probably about 3 hours. I'm getting back into the swing of things which entails 5+ hours per day of time spent with the site.

Maybe just an hour or two. It depends on what I'am doing. If I'am just posting some replies or threads, then maybe an hour.

If I'am writing an article, then I might spend 2 - 3 hours there. But its mostly on the weekends that I can dedicate that kind of time to a project.

Way too much at the moment. As in, sometimes over 10 hours a day because of a few things:

    1. There's not much else to do at the moment.
    2. It's the only forum related to the subject I actually ever visit.

It really depends on the time of year for me with my latest forum. Prior to that, a couple hours a day per forum.

During the summer months, I spend less time than I will during the regular TV season, because there's going to be a LOT more work during the regular season to do, new stuff to post, members to keep happy, all that beautiful stuff.

People underestimate the amount of work it takes to keep a forum going, especially with schedules and content that needs to be updated constantly!

I am on my forums at least 6-8 hours a day. I check them every chance I get. Until I know that the forums can run smoothly without me, I will always be on high alert for anything going wrong.
