Their Legal staff are VERY overstretched

I've only seen 1 staff from the legal department, Patrick Stack. I originally opened a support ticket on the 5th, now it's the 19th, and only 1 reply from him requesting clarification. I also have another legal ticket from earlier this year awaiting his reply.

Either they have a really small legal dept, or w/e.
