Ok so this is an idea i was thinking

new forums need new members and posts, so what i want is people to sign up here with their name and website

and by signing up they commit to posting 10 decent posts on each-others sites and referring at least one person

once we have a few sign up's we will start one forum at a time.

Never really understood this, it just seems pointless. What good is an artificial new member who is going to leave after 10 posts ?

 

Yeah i must admit, i'm not sure of the point?

 

it creates a sense of actviness, when others see they may follow and sign up and post on the new topics!

also some may stick around

It helps kick start a new forum. Gives it a few members, a few post,,,,

Theres companies out there that you can pay to do this, they will actually research any subject so that they can post quality posts. Must work otherwise they wouldn't be there.
