splats in photoshop

what si the best way to create splats in photoshop?

 

Use brushes

They're not the best splatter brushes but you can find loads just by Googling it.

 

thanks, previously i used to use a normal brush to create a splat otline :p

 

I don't know how that would work, but once you start using brushes it makes the graphics so much better, but it depends on how and where it is used. Too much splats can ruin your work as well.
