Spammer Links to Search Results

For some reason I have a spammer of sorts linking to my search results. Here is an example page
infolokerterbaru.com/info-php-link-directory-forum--search-results.html
Any recommendation on what I could do about this?

 

I don't understand what your asking TBH
aren't most search results controlled by a session?
Once the session is gone, the linked results should be cleared out?

 

Yes, but I have literally thousands of links from a few junky domains linking to search results that no longer exist.

 

I wouldn't honestly worry about it
I'm guessing they linked to you trying to get a trackback (link) back to their website.

 

You have to ignore a little but not a lot.

If you are too strict to these kind of activities then there would be less activities on your forums.
