I'm surprised to see that this topic has gone unanswered! As a web hosting fanatic, I feel inclined to reply.

What are the specifications of this reseller? If they're sizable enough for hosting a few websites, I'd offer some customized packages to your community (i.e. by way of a contest). This is always an excellent method of enticing the memberbase to post more actively.
