I have been taking a look at it for the past few days and it has been the following more or less since then:

    Memory Used 87.2 %
    Server Load 0.10 (8 cpus)

Now is that 87% the whole servers memory usage including others accounts or is that our own memory usage?

Also is that load high for a VPS?

I just want to know if everything is normal or not.

    Many thanks!

That's just for your VPS if memory serves me correctly. I haven't worked on a VPS now in a couple years, but I used to work on them all the time. You can always login as root and monitor the usage from the command line line. "free -m" is what you would use, minus the quotes of course.

How much RAM do you have for your VPS?

Heres a screenshot of that, this sounds rather bad to me.

Actually that's not bad at all; you're really only worried about memory when you get into the swap. If you do encounter problems in the future, you can always look at tuning httpd.conf (assuming you use Apache) and my.cnf for MySQL. You're not at that point, though.

Linux is a bit different from Windows when it comes to memory.

Well I have been taking a look at some of the higher memory usages and they seem to be coming from a translation mod we used to use where theres requests for the pages in other languages so I have made sure all files related to that mod have been removed. I have been able to get it to around 75% on average :)

Do you have any tuning tips for httpd conf that I can do now or shall I post httpd conf for you to take a look at?

    Thanks!
