Selling latest project due to lack of time (IPBSetup.com)

I just launched this a couple weeks ago, put a decent amount of time and effort in to it and already have a few back links in place and ready to start the SEO side off like I always do. I just dont have time for this project atm with one full time job and a few other side projects up and running.

I have a few images and buttons/logo done that could also be used for marketing. Source .psd and associated files are included with them. Included with the sale is everything you see at the domain and I will move it to your hosting free of charge (make sure your hosting supports IPB3). I can provide hosting for 14 days after sale.

IP.Board license along with the new CCS license are included with this sale, and will not be broke apart from the domain. (Sorry, i just dont have time atm to break things down and manage two sales)

Domain has 11 months or so left, is registered at GoDaddy and will be pushed to your GoDaddy account.

Twitter account included with approx 25 or so followers.

Normally for a site like this I would be interested - or at least explore the option however I dont use IPB and have tried it once and never liked it - could just be me.
