I don't have a ton of experience with VB and my head administrator is on vacation for a month.

Somehow I accidentally changed my limits on signature sizes and I don't know how to change them back to what they were before. Can someone tell me how to fix them?

    Edit:

Nevermind I figured it out and fixed it.

Even though you "fixed" the problem, I am going to post the answer. Because someone else might have the same question and find this thread.

Its in the user group permissions. Edit the user group and scroll down until you see the signature settings.

    since this topic is started...

why do those settings even matter when you can link a picture from photobucket and have it bigger/smaller than the limits set?

I know the settings are for the [sigpic] but just wondering...

Well, you are right that the restrictions are useless if you allow the "IMG" code in signatures. But if you really wanted to enforce signature limits then you can disable the use of the IMG code in signatures, and force users to upload their images and therefore remain within the restrictions. :)

very true...which when my site gets bigger I might end up doing...but for now everyone kinda knows each other and we all respect the sizes.

We do this. It cost us too much moderator juice trying to enforce sig sizes. Once people got the hang of this, it was much better

yea...it does use mod juice to go in a change sigs...so yes..your correct on this one...i'll end up doing it at sum point...(making people use sigpic instead of linking)
