6 Suggestions to start you off with. If you'd like more let me know.

1. Find a new header. The one there now is huge.
2. Validate the site, or at least come close as possible: [Invalid] Markup Validation of http://www.youngmoneyfam.com/ - W3C Markup Validator
3. Some kind of break in between the posts would be great. Its a nice theme actually, just needs some work here and there and it'd be super nice
4. See if you're allowed to remove the footer links.
5. Check your posts, some of the videos posted have been removed from YouTube, I suggest providing alternate viewing links.
6. The grey background, darker grey post background, then light grey text wasn't fun to read.

Its a decent site, with rough edges, but hopefully you put a little time in it to try to clean it up some, and get some good unique content and articles to help drive traffic to your site.
