Recommended phpBB skinners!

I've been Googling for phpBB skinners. Came across a few that seem promising, but they have no live samples of forums they once designed for. Are there any recommended phpBB skinners? I'd like a custom theme...

Also, if I can't find a custom skinner, would it be possible to hire a designer to do the PSD, and then I can hire a phpBB coder to code the skin so that I can use it?

You might find a few at sites like themeforest.net and monstertemplates.com. You could contact some of the designers listed and see if they can help you out. Custom styles can be quite costly though.
