    I know this is kind off topic, but something that really helps sites where people want to contact staff, is a forum set up where only the poster and the staff can see posts in it. That way they have a way to contact staff on a personal level sort of like support or what not. I dont know if you get contacted enough to utilize something like that, but its good to have.

    I've always preferred the contact us link in the footer.
