What Each Position Does:

• STM (Support Team Member)
  • Deals with Hosting Support
  • Deals with the sales and Support of PH.
  • Required to use live help and ticket system
  • Helps customers choose the best package for their hosting needs.
  • Answers Pre-Sales Tickets
  • Monitors Live Help & Support Tickets
  • Handles all support issues and refers all unsolved issues to CSM.
  • Works with SRM to handle Server related Support Issues.
  • Provides some Post-Sale interactions as assigned tot he PR Team.
  • Reports to: CSM
• PRTM (Public Relations Team Member)
  • Deal with the Public Relations
  • Deals with the sales and promotion of PH.
  • Required to use live help and ticket system
  • scouts for places to advertise (papers, websites, magazines, billboards, corner shop boards, anything)
  • Answers Pre-Sales Tickets
  • Monitors Live Help
  • Is responsible for advertisement and promotion of PH
  • Provides some Post-Sale interactions as assigned tot he PR Team.
  • Reports to: CSM
• CSM (Customer Service Manager)
  • They run the sales, marketing and promotions under the CCO. Are in charge of formulating marketing campaigns and ideas. Will also help the CCO track where sales links are coming from and what avenues of marketing are working and not working and report those findings to the CCO.
  • Is in charge of going through accounts, cleaning up servers, checking for TOS Violations. Reports back to CCO with findings. Also is in charge of all support content and tracking of support tickets.
  • Reports to: CCO

Yes, I am the owner, CEO, Managing Director, etc. Call me what you like but I am the top boss at PH

 

Well good luck in finding some good people, I'd apply but I'm afraid I probably don't have enough time for it.

 

Thanks Shade. We are pretty flexible as staff are not paid (as per the FAQ) so you could do a few hours a day for example and we would'nt penalise you for it.

However, it is preferred that you do as many hours as possible and not go AWOL on us, or do say 2 hours one day, and then skip three, because we need stability and not staff who are like yoyo's, etc.

 

Hmm the only position that I can see myself able to help in would be CSM, as some days I'm not able to get on the computer for more than a few hours but I would be able to setup my phone which is always on for messaging so that staff would be able to message me with problems and such.

I have class and then work most days, sometimes from 8am till 10pm but it varies as certain days I only work say 4 hours instead of 8. Ironically I work in customer service dealing with disgruntled customers at a store.
